3 Doc Solutions Privacy Policy
We want to protect the privacy of visitors to our website, our clients and other individuals we interact with. This policy lets you know how we handle and use your personal data. The information you share when you contact us, for example with an enquiry, be it a name, phone number, address etc. will be used by the company only to contact you in connection with your message. As a client data you share will be used to carry out the work you request.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Systems
Note we do not have bespoke systems to process and store data so it may be held on servers in the UK, the EEA or elsewhere in the world. Whatever the case we ensure that there are suitable privacy policy protection agreements in place for the systems we use.
Processing data on your behalf
If I am the Data Processor for you, the Data Controller, under the GDPR rules I have a legal responsibility to only handle data that has been gathered in line with the GDPR principles, I.E. Your Rights
You have the right to ask to know what personal data we hold about you as well as the right to be forgotten and have your details removed from our records.
